1 Month of Group Sessions

$100.00

Monthly focus. Shared growth. Gentle accountability.

Habit Haven group sessions are designed for people who want to explore personal growth alongside others—without pressure, overwhelm, or constant one‑on‑one support.

Each month centers around one focused topic, giving you time and space to reflect, experiment, and notice small changes that add up.

How the groups work

  • Each month focuses on one specific topic for growth or improvement

  • Monthly topics are selected by the coach and announced no later than the 15th of the prior month

  • The coach makes every effort to share the topic by the 15th to allow time for scheduling and sign‑ups

  • Some months may include an optional workbook or light, non‑mandatory “homework”

  • The intention is exploration, not perfection

Weekly group meetings

  • Groups meet once per week

  • Each meeting is a space to reflect on what you noticed about yourself based on the prompts from the previous week

  • Conversations are supportive and loosely guided, allowing participants to learn from both their own experience and others’

  • This is a low‑pressure, reflective environment, not a lecture or intensive program

Coaching style & level of support

These group sessions are best suited for participants who:

  • are comfortable with minimal direct contact with the coach

  • enjoy self‑reflection and shared discussion

  • don’t need frequent check‑ins to stay engaged

If you’re looking for more hands‑on guidance, frequent contact, or deeper individualized support, there is a separate, more intensive group option available. That option includes increased coach involvement, more depth, and additional time—and is priced accordingly.

Group size & availability

  • This group is offered at a new‑client introductory price

  • Only 20 participants will be accepted

  • Once filled, enrollment will close and pricing may change in the future

Scheduling & attendance

  • Meeting times may vary depending on group availability

  • The coach will make every reasonable effort to schedule sessions so all participants can attend

  • If you must miss a meeting, you may request a make‑up time

  • Make‑up sessions are not guaranteed and depend on the coach’s availability

Is this the right fit for you?

This group may be a good fit if you:

  • want structure without intensity

  • enjoy learning through reflection and discussion

  • are comfortable working independently between sessions

  • value steady, shared growth over constant feedback

If you’re unsure, that’s okay—choosing the right level of support matters.

Small changes don’t have to happen alone.
Sometimes, they just need the right space to grow.
