Habit Haven — Hourly Life Coaching Sessions

Habit Haven hourly consultations are designed for clients who want clarity, support, or a thoughtful outside perspective without committing to a long‑term plan.

You don’t need a polished goal or a big problem to bring.
You just need something you’d like to talk through.

You can use this session to:

  • ask for advice or talk through a situation

  • get a fresh set of eyes on something you’re stuck in

  • explore a specific habit, decision, or challenge

  • sort through thoughts that feel tangled or overwhelming

  • build confidence around your next step

  • simply explore what life coaching can support you with

Many people book 1:1 sessions to discuss topics that do not require habit changes. Others will book extra time to explore different topics even further to help build clarity on what they are discovering about themselves. These minutes are yours.

What a session feels like

Sessions are calm, supportive, and conversational.
There’s no pressure to “fix” anything or have it all figured out.

We focus on:

  • understanding what’s really going on for you

  • identifying what feels most important right now

  • finding small, realistic steps that fit your real life

You’ll leave with more clarity, less mental weight, and a clearer sense of direction—often from changes that feel surprisingly small.

Simple pricing, flexible support

  • Sessions are billed at $10 per 10 minute increments

  • Minimum booking is 10 minutes

  • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance

This flexible format lets you start small and use coaching in a way that feels comfortable.

When you book time, that time is reserved just for you.
If a session ends early, remaining paid minutes are not carried forward—but many first‑time clients find even a short conversation brings helpful clarity.
